pvaphone.com accounts not working?

I bought some numbers from http://www.pvaphone.com/ back in August and half are no longer working. It's only been 60 days and these are suppose to be good for 4 months

I emailed them the other day and haven't heard anything yet. Their website has a giant red banner saying they're out of numbers.

Anyone else having problems? Is pvaphone.com out of business?

Is there another solution? I only need a few numbers and at the time they had a 5 number package which was perfect for my needs.
