Just use your last name as password, it starts with a Capital letter and change it right away!

You should be ok.

No they are solved.

But just do as I described above and everything should be ok.
For people that have 3 letters in their last name I use their first name.

Use your lastname and start with a Capital letter.

YOUR last name is your password starting with a Capital letter.
If your lastname only has 3 letters, it is your first name starting with a Capital letter!
