I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I can revise that batch of work.

I admit that I have recruited some new writers. I would appreciate if you can let me know the issues that had in the articles. That will help me to improve the quality of my service.

Also I don't want to deliver crap for any of my clients and I am there to revise/refund if anyone is not satisfied with my work. Customer satisfaction is the number one for me.

All I want to say is that it is not intentional and I am happy to provide you with a revision. Also I need your cooperation & help in order to improve my service.
