Fiverr private message problem

I got a private message on FIverr this morning but when I tried to open it, I got this message

For privacy reasons, this user may not be contacted directly.

Has this happen to anyone else before? I can't find any information about it. How do I go around it? I probably got reported for spamming since I've been heavily messaging the past couple of days (~10-20 messages sent per day). It's resulted in quite a few sales and now I can't talk to people who are interested in my gig. Kinda frustrating.

That might have included their email in the message so fiverr blocked it.

Or... ya you were spamming. If someone reports you as spam it just blocks you from talking to them. They probably told you to F off and then reported you as spam.

I was spamming, won't deny that, but I can't message anyone even people that are responding to me in a positive way.

Contact support and play dumb. Just say "Hey I logged on today and I can't message anybody, do you know why?". If they say "you were spamming" just say "Oh, I thought we could message people as long as it had to do with fiverr gigs, sorry wont happen again." And then dont do it again.

Yeah i had the same problem before 1 month !

Just send them a message and say you will not do it again and everything will be ok

Yep. Everything is back to normal but now I have to find another way to get sales...
