Is there anything that can be done once this happens? I lost like 10 domains today. Is it possible to wait it out, or are you basically just screwed once this happens? I know that you can submit a reconsideration request but I didn't know if something would occur automatically to get them all re-indexed. It's strange though because I still see Google crawling my sites that were banned and I see show them all indexed in webmaster tools but doing a simple Google search of "site:blahblahblah" produces 0 results. :(

Is it just time to register new domains and start over?

Were you doing anything on those 10 sites that might get you banned? If so, then a reconsideration request is probably not a good idea.

Yea I think I was lol. Do you think the ban will eventually automagically be lifted though, or do you think it may just be a temporary thing since they are still crawling my sites? I guess I'll just go ahead and start over and then see if these sites ever get placed back into their index again later on.

No, it is not likely that the ban will "automagically" be lifted, but great word! What were you doing with those sites that got you banned?

I think it was a combination of tag spam, and this backlink script I was using. Not really sure. I still have one site that wasn't de-indexed but like 12 others got banned it seems. Ugh. Time to rewrite some scripts and register new domains I guess.

1) register at sedo
2) redirect your url to the dns sedo
3) make a "only 1" daily ping "pingfarm.com"
4) usually your site should be indexed again after a week

You can tell us had in his domain. that caused the de-indexing?

10 in a day - woah, hard luck mate.

I'd be interested if the above worked - I've always just given up on deindexed sites.

When it happened to me I just cloned them over to a new new domain name and 301'd the old domain to the new one.

I got my rankings back pretty quickly, but that was with an aged domain and before Panda so I don't know if the aged domain has any relevance anymore.

10? I had 71 deindexed on Christmas eve last year! Needless to say that screwed up my Christmas nicely!

works for me, but if the site was dangerous for google.
it is best to completely change the content
i buy 3 domains blacklisted by google. with the 3 works great

Thanks for the info. I'm going to give the Sedo thing a try on one of them and see how it does. I'm still getting some traffic on the others from referrers but not much. I'll let you know if this works though.

Thanks for sharing. I might give it a try.

Well I pointed two of the domains to sedo and have a script to ping the domains once a day but still not showing up in SERP's. I guess it's time to move on. :'(
