Cash in is a relative term.

Let me put it this way, I did write about Gadhafi on my personal soapbox of a blog and it did garner quite a boost in traffic. I've got adsense as well as a couple of banner ads on the site so it's possible that some folks may have clicked through.

If by cashing in you mean that Google came around and checked my whole site and then bumped me up a few places which resulted in a very nice bump in traffic then yes, I guess I did cash in.

If you're asking if I made a killing (pardon the pun) financially on this story then the answer is no. Or more exactly, if I did cash in on the Gadhafi story then I don't know about it yet.
