Tracking my CPA offers

I want to promote a CPA offer on a mini-job site.How can i track the workers ip's who complete the job(CPA offer) and the ones who don't?What should i require the workers to post as proof (besides their ip's)?

Hmm maybe you can post a pixel on the offer's second page.

Also, the method I always used to see if they actually completed the offer is:

"Post the first sentence of the page that comes up after you enter your email".
