Generally to get a Payoneer you signup to a Payoneer sponsor and then they will send you one eg. markethealth, adultwebmasterempire, plimus etc.

If you want to get the special bank account to do paypal > payoneer > atm withdrawal then you have to email Payoneer and ask them specially.

As mentioned above, if you are a member of any of the 1400+ partner/affiliate programs that offer Payoneer as a payment method, you simply need to select Payoneer as your payment method and you will be directed to an online application for the card.

The Payoneer card can be used to verify a PayPal account, however as the card is prepaid you need to make sure it is activated and loaded with funds before adding it. For details on the US Virtual Account pilot program, feel free to contact our CS team.

Payoneer is a Great.
Go to any of their sponsor site then signup and request a card. when you get card then active it and start using.
btw, they also offer US Virtual Bank accounts which are supported ACH transfer.
for this bank accounts you also load your card.

You have to receive at least 3 payment from any of their partners, then apply for the virtual bank account.
Then when they approve your application you will be able to attach that VBA to your paypal.

there best sponsor are elance, odesk, vWorker etc so if you create a account at those website then you can also apply for payoneer mastercard.

Yes it is. You have to have a payoneer card, then receive 3 payments from any of those partner companies. Then you can apply at payoneer to give you a virtual bank account. Then it will work fine with paypal etc.

Nissim and I have been here for months!

We don't actually have a complete list of partners for the simple reason that we have new partners every day.

We have tons of cardholders here on BHW, though, so I'm sure they can let you know which partners they use.

Hi Payoneer team, i'm indian member of BHW. I have account with codecanyon,freelancer and few other sites which offer payoneer support. I have not found a single link on these sites to register for payoneer account. I don't need payoneer card because i know it is no longer working in india but i need payoneer account so that i can withdraw directly to the bank. Is it possible to get account ? can you offer us sign up link to any of your partner ? or is there any criteria ?
