best thing to do is ring them . i have adwords and running it with a nulled script website and account ent been banned had it for months ..

All I'm saying is, every time someone says "I got banned in Adwords for no reason" I come back and ask for their site. I then tell them exactly which rule(s) that got them banned and how to fix. Sometimes it's not the site but what they did in the account. It's rare that I cannot find the reason. I'm not saying Google is perfect because it's not.

May I ask what your business is if you don't mind? At least what category it falls into?
I think us Blackhats don't do well with the big G, it's a fact that has been proven over and over again... your case will probably serve as a good example for me and others to never to put all our eggs in one basket.
I got banned by the big G ages ago, created a second account and got banned again. That is when I told myself that I will never use adwords again and I never did. Now I'm doing better than when I was using adwords. When there is a will there is a way.
+1 on this. I actually just started with adwords last week as I was hit pretty hard on this last panda chewing. I uploaded some kw's targeted intl traffic, and had the campaign going after a day. 2 days later they suspend the traffic "pending review of my account information". No idea what was going on. Two days later, it's back up and running. It runs for a full day, then I get a notice that it's suspended again. This time permanently.
When I log into my adwords account it says because they "couldn't verify my account". I used legit info, etc.
After that I get an Email from someone telling me to call the UK or Ireland for support. (I'm in the US so wtf?). I call them on Wednesday for the # I received in my initial email when signing up. The guy gives me the support #. I call that # and talk to someone named "Allison Y." She told me she seen my account was suspended and "it's only until we can verify your identity, it happens all the time, nothing to be worried about." She said she would "talk to their "specialist department"
to get it resolved. I should "expect an Email by the end of the business day"The end of the day I get this email..
I figure ok, hopefully this can be resolved in the AM. I had only spent 10.00 of my 100 voucher that they Emailed me.
The next morning I wake up and I see this right before noon time...
No idea what I did for them to completely ban me from using adwords but it's quite ridiculous. This is what happens when a BH tries to do WH bullshit. I love BH and am staying that way, WH is pure bullshit and you work 100x harder for half the payout.

If they give reasons people will always get a way around it because no matter how smart are their engineers in discovering users abusing the system, there will be always smarter guys out there who can still take the advantage. They make you open such thread and keep thinking about it for purpose.

This is simple logic ... I make a mistake, you show me what was wrong (against their TOS) then simple if/else statement follows: If I comply you let me advertise if not you ban my account. How the fak can I know what exactly went wrong if you tell me that "Our support team is unable to provide any further information on this matter". Why is it easier to ban my account and not show me what I should do to keep it ?
I know that I can read the TOS and maybe I did, but I was unable to properly project their rules to my website and advertising method.
Bottom line, this doesn't make sense: Their TOS is public but the reason on why or how I broke that same TOS is "restricted" and that, just because they can add this statement in their Terms and Conditions "The AdWords Terms and Conditions state that Google reserves the right to stop running any ads when deemed necessary." This reminds me of the communist governments when they can charge you for breaking the law without having to explain anything for the SAME reason: Because they can!
Now I add a statement to my own personal Terms and Conditions: "I reserve the right to do whatever it takes to open brand new false adw accounts when deemed necessary." why ? You guess it - Because I can.
Finally I would somehow understand those sh1tty rules if that would even apply to everyone ... but how can I compete with guys that found ways to clearly brake their TOS if not doing that same thing?

"use VMWare to make a virtual machine and use only one instance per account."
They can detect you're using a virtual machine and will suspend your account on the spot. The best thing to do is use another PC every adw account you open.
Now my own story follows: I got my account banned 2 yrs ago for no reason - and LucidMarketing can stick his head into the t oil et to cool off if he still thinks we need his empathy regarding this matter - and opened another account (on a friends name) using a COPY of that same website and SAME campaign and guess what ... they let me advertise it for almost 6 months until they banned my account becasue it was found to be related to another banned account (obviously the first one on my name) and NOT because the TOS. It seems that during that 6 months period I somehow messed up the computers and logged into my fist account (logged into my g ma i l not adw account but it's the same thing practically).
What can I do next if not try to fool adw - what do I have to lose next? If they wouldn't ban my account maybe right now I'd be fighting to follow their rules but they didn't give me that option so I am FORCED to do what I do.
What designafi did is G's fault and they are paying for it.

What are the steps to creating a second adwords accout without getting banned? I failed several times and need help from people who can get it done. I recently got banned from bing as well, so instruction on that end would be great as well.
