I have been paying adwords genuinely for ads and they are pain in the ass as I had to send the scanned copy of my cc over and still it took like 15 days and now its in suspended mode god knows why.

So if you use this vouchers for adwords, can i use one of my vcc? would that work? or would i need to submit my cc pics again?

Yes, but VCC can be a risk thouggh.
I dont know if you will have to submit CC pics.

You will have to write billing info (Blackhatway: Use fake billing/info).
