I just ran mine for one of my small EMD's. There was an update today, did you happen to grab it?

They changed the rank tracker (they were having issues with their new cloud-based tracker so they switched back to their old one), or something like that. I had to update manually through the file->updates menu to get the update.

Cheers that's what I was missing. MS wasn't giving me the option to update, I had to do it manually.

Indeed. I would have wrote that sooner but BHW had a spasm and wouldn't let me back on until a few minutes ago. I had to manually update, as well.
Open close doesn't work, you need to manually update from within

One a friendly note of caution. Though things are working again, a very small selection of entries still appear a tad bit inaccurate (must be the data center they are using or something - this is probably why they wanted to switch to the cloud tracker system).

How do you do that? I've always had the box pop up when there was an update. I looked through the menubar.

Ahh, preferences > updates. Duh.
I haven't been able to get Keyword data for about the last 3 days.....Anyone else having this problem? The Australian's weekend should be ending today, Sunday, if I remember right, but I sent in a support ticket on Thursday and haven't heard anything back.
It seems (to me, anyway) that they're have a harder and harder time keeping one step ahead of google TOS and getting locked out of successive proxy blocks much faster than in the past. I just hope it doesn't become cost-prohibitive to continue development and operation....MS is the best kw tool out there and it'd be a shame to lose it to the megalomaniacal global purveyor of "don't be evil."

have you manually updated to 0.88.11?
I haven't had any issues with mine today and went through and checked 5 different sites.

I always update MS every time it asks for update, even it seems very minor. By this way, I almost never had any problem. MS asks every time I run it and there is an update available.
I love my MS in general but one thing I hate is running very slow.

Well, my sites are updating (rank tracker and seo competition) but no KEYWORD data for about 4 days now....
yeah, it pretty much goes without saying that updating whenever available makes a lot of sense on MS.
But I can't even get a reply from them so far, much less an update that solves the KW data problem.

just got the keyword tool working today. had to change my adwords account to a new one.
