Twitter blocking my URLS - URL Contains Malware

I have a bunch of Domains that I can not add to my Twitter profiles because when I try to add any of them, Twitter reports an error "URL contains Malware". They are all domains that just redirect. I just had a Mass suspension of Accounts yesterday because the URLs in the profiles all got filtered out. They had worked for approx 1 Month. Last Month, I had run into the same problem and had a bunch of Accounts suspended for the same reason. I then registered several more Domains to use to replace the blocked ones from last Month. These New domains that I registered last Month were the ones filtered out yesterday.

I think this may be an issue with my server. I have other legit websites on my server. These website URLs have never been used with Twitter before. They are not redirects. I tried adding those URLs and they too were rejected for the same reason!

Approx. 3 Months ago, my server was hacked and a Spammer set up shop to send out a bunch of Spam Emails. I still have trouble sending Emails to some people because Google blocks Emails coming from my server. Could this be one of the reasons why? Is my server blacklisted and Twitter sees where the Domains are hosted?

I asked my host to do a Malware scan on my server and 16 Malicious files were found. But these files were found on Accounts that I had set up on my server and have previously suspended them. No Malware files were found on the Accounts where my blocked Domains are set up.

Any ideas as to what I should do? I want to add more Domains, but I'll just end up with the same problem.

Should I request new ip addresses for my server? Would that be enough to get my server unblocked by Google for sending Emails?

Should I change the Nameservers? Could it be that Twitter is blocking the Nameservers that I use for my Domains? That is the only thing that I can think of. Why else would Twitter reject other Domains that I try to add that I have never tried to use with Twitter and are actual legit Whitehat sites.

Would my Domains start to work again with Twitter if I host them on a different server or figure out what I need to change with my current server? Or would the Domains forever be garbage now with Twitter?

Change the URL shortener you're using. I had the same happen to one of my accounts and it was a widely known issue with one of the shorteners. Can't even remember which one it was right now, but start there.

I'm not using any URL shortener. These Domain names are entered as is in my profiles without being shortened. The Domain names are a must have in my profiles and I make a decent income just from that. The Domain names are descriptive and makes people want to click on them. Which would be totally lost if they were shortened.

Try with subdomains... Redirect your subdomains to the main domain and further.

I tried Subdomains. Any domain from my server seems to be blocked because the "URL contains Malware".

twitter does this when the link has been spammed on twitter to much, regardless if it does indeed contain malware or not.

I had a few domains I could not use on twitter because of this. The reason being is I used the domains to host twitter "apps", and spammed the hell out of the apps. I got around 200k+ users on the app in 48hrs, then used all the connected accounts to spam links. So they added the domains to their filters.

Idk what you have done, just letting you know that this is a common issue with twitter. If you have not spammed these domains on twitter then try to contact them, They are decent. Some times your domains/accounts get banned from am mass filter action, and they will remove the ban. When you contact them simply act like any normal user, not someone that uses their services to earn money. (act dumb)

Just contact them, It's worth the try.

If your unspammed domains got banned the same as your spammed ones, presumably those domains were all on the same IP(s). Twitter has done a simple reverse DNS search using domaintools or a service like it, and banned all the domains on your server. In that case you would need new IPs for your new domains (plus get rid of other footprints like whois info). You are much better off spreading your redirect domains over several IPs.

It's highly unlikely that they would block by nameserver unless you are using custom anonymous nameservers for your domains.

1. Go to Google url shortener http://goo.gl/ and short your link
2. Go to http://tez.co/ and short your Goo.gl shortened link, and add your desired keywords (tez.co/CustomWords)

I figured out that Twitter was blocking any Domain coming from my server. Made adjustments a Month and a half ago and have had no problems since then.

You can try with sub domains.

Doesn't work. That is the first thing that I tried. The root domain gets banned, so any sub domain off of the main domain will be banned as well.
