The reason it is hard to find a YT creator is because there is more money in selling and using the accounts then there is in releasing a bot. Not to mention that the exploit that the bot uses will become useless like a week after it's released.

Best thing I can tell you to do is to look for the information that is already out there and either hire a developer to create you one, or learn to code and create your own.

Exploit? really? It's a bot dude. They mimic humans and therefore don't rely on an exploit. It merely creates a new account the same way a human would but without much interaction needed and in bulk.
