2. You must be able to send sales reports in excel format in an organised way (I will provide excel sales report format).
3. eBay ACCOUNT with minimum of 30+ Positive Sellers Feedback
4. VERIFIED PAYPAL (to send and receive payments).
5. Be available online by Skype and Email.
6. You must be able to speak good English.
7. Only sellers from Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, France, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United State and Romania only

Both PayPal and Ebay accounts are over 2 and a half years old.

I have 34 positive feedbacks ( 100% ) on Ebay.

I have only ever sold one item on Ebay so the account is basically a clean slate.

Only having sold one thing on your account is a HUGE strike against you. This means you are ripe for your first 21 day paypal payment hold.

You need to sell a bunch of stuff first, a seller account with only a couple sales and then you increase your sales quickly paypal is going to make you wait 21 days for your money or unless you get positive feedback then they release it. This will last around 1 - 2 months as long as you keep really great feedback. After this happens, then you will be ready to start selling. Peace.
