Same here Seoguy, the most I got was an email that said that they were going to have to delay 1-2 days.
Here is my review:
Price: Very competitive and I can't complain.
Ordering process: Very straight forward and no tricks or confusion to make you order the wrong item.
Fulfillment: Took a few days longer then I expected but I was given notification of when my order would be completed. This did not bother me at all since SEO is an ongoing process for all of us.
EDU/Gov PageRank Quality: I got 3 x 6PR .EDU links, 2 x 5PR .EDU links, 4 x 4PR .EDU links, 5 x 3PR .EDU links, 1 x 2PR .EDU links, 3 x 1PR .EDU links, 10 x 0PR .EDU links, and 3 bonus .GOV links a 8PR, 0PR, and 1PR.
The majority of the links did NOT have anchor texts and 1 included had an incomplete anchor text. The whole point of this service was for the anchor texts so I am a bit upset. I was hoping to order more backlinks but I will wait to see if OP gives me a refund or provides more links with anchor texts before I place another order.

My experience sofar...
Communication is very important to me when it comes to anything customer orientated and I must say that VishyJames is not very efficient in communicating...
It has been 3 days now, 4 messages later and I still have not had any response. I realize he might be busy, but damn... at least reply to your customers as it leaves a bad taste in their mouths.
With that being said, I hope my links will have anchor texts as per dspiel's post.
