Best e-Commerce solution?

Hey BHW,

Currently, I'm working with a client to design an e-commerce solution for their company. The client is pretty conscious about the fees she is going to be charged, so she is trying to find out what is most cost effective.

In your experience, what kind of solution is best?
I was looking at Opencart vs. the WP e-commerce plugin and they seem to offer similar functionality. I was looking at Paypal Website Payments Pro for a gateway, but my client was looking at 2checkout.

Any help is appreciated.

I've been using Prestashop for awhile now. It's pretty good for a free solution. However, the prices are steep if you want any addons (close to $80 for each module). But overall, a pretty nice solution.
