Vagex upgrade impossible?

Hi peeps, i was wondering if anyone else had issues with upgrading there account on Vagex, iv contacted them about 30 times and have yet to see my account get updated to expert, been waiting 10 days.

I heard on the grapevine that a few people on this site own Vagex and figured I would ask here, bloody nightmare at present trying to get a response, wtf do they do all day?

Well, it says the admin reviews all payments manually. But I don't really know why they haven't replied yet. Although I think their system sucks, as well as their customer service apparently...

Currently testing something out on vagex, but i need the update to test it out properly, it only works with numbers so i need the restriction lifted, all totally legal you understand lol
