How to RSS and Ping?

Hi, I was wondering how to create an RSS and ping it, I have searched the forum and couldn't find any tutorial.
And I also was wondering if doing this is recommended.

Any help would be really appreciated

You submit your RSS feed to an aggregate to get it syndicated. Sounds cool right? Well its super simple.

Get your RSS feed link and go plug it in at a few site.
