Pull the domain PR of all 700 confirmed links. Then extract the innner pages of any domains with PR and post to them and sticks and check the pr of those pages and you might be surprised how many have pr. Of course you can't do this all with NHSEO, but this is just 1 tool in the SEO arsenal. For being all automated though, 700 links is good.

What good is 700 confirmed backlinks if 97% of them are nofollow?

I have and do regularly pull good ranks for competitive terms with mostly or all nofollow links. Nofollow does not pass page rank, but it still helps your SERP. Since the SERP is what I am focused on as that is what drives traffic, I don't care if its nofollow or not. I mean if I was focused on building a high PR network or something then I would want ******** links so the PR passed, but unless your looking to gain PR specifically and don't care about how you rank in the engines, then 700 nofollow links are of good value.

Grant it 70,000 are better, but thats just a matter of time. With V 1.6 and cranking the connections 70K and 700K (which is more my goals) will be much easier.

Is there a trial yet for the 1.6 version? Been waiting for the new version to test it out.

Maybe you are confused but all nofollow links are really good for is to make your backlinks look natural, it's good to mix them in but you'd need many thousand nofollow links for it to make any difference since the PR juice doesn't get passed along they're not even worth a PR1 link. Sure if you run the program until you have 100k backlinks you might notice a difference but the whole purpose of an automated program is for it to cut work time, not extend it.

By finding just a few PR4 - 6 links a day manually you're ranking your page ten times faster than with the bot posting on thousands of useless nofollows.

Do you have to remove all the pages that you don't want crawled or just one and it will then no longer crawl that 'type' of page?

No it has no way of knowing what type of page you want removing so you will need to remove all pages or put in some text in the block pages that contain list. By doing this NHSEO can look at the URL and if it contains that bit of text it will not crawl it.

I put some text such as page.php but it still builds links to them.

Firstly that IS the point of the automated program is to cut work time. So what it if you start it and it runs for 2 months and nets you 100K links. How is that not cutting time, you are doing nothing? Sounds time saving enough to me.

Next up is that yes, if you got PR 4-6 links that are in content on a site, it would do you wonders, as you garner the trust rank of those sites. However getting PR 4-6 blog comments isn't going to do you that much good. Its better then no pr blog comments, but a few a day isn't going to help you much.

I have a list of 1000 high PR auto approve urls and I blasted it to my site and saw basically nothing. Hit it with 100K links and saw movement. Point is those nofollow no PR add up. This tool is about volume.

I am confused though, if you are after a few pr 4-6 manually established links a day, why did you buy a no hands seo as it were? This tool offers, perhaps, the least control of any tool out there. I mean I am not trying to divert the sales thread, but there are tools that offer way more control for less money.

Needless to say, without being to run v 1.6 until today you aren't going to get the volume you were after, but now you can. At least onces its sailing smoothly.

But my adsense account says that for a side project (adsense based sites being my side project) that nofollow links work well enough.

Its not a Lot on the grand scheme of things in any way, but the point is there is rank to be pulled with VOLUME links and thats what NHSEO is about, if you only want PR links NHSEO can help, but you would either need to run a few copies at max threads, or use other tools cleverly with the results from NHSEO to get what your after. All doable.

Waiting for 1.6 trial, if its as good as or even an improvement over the current version I've tried I will surely buy.

I check with a friend of me that is using it but it does not post to whois sites, what can the reason be?

I'm not sure what you're trying to rank under but posting to nofollow links for 2 months will get you ranked under "baking fruit cupcakes" maybe but not something with a bit of competition.

I'm not an owner of this program, I was merely asking if near future plans include filtering out nofollow blog pages, as I would find it more useful for the program to take a little longer but find more valuable links, like the ones I am able to find manually 3 - 4 hours a day (about 30 - 40) PR4 and up. Having the software run 24/7 searching for that would easily get me 60+ quality links which is way more valuable than spamming 100k nofollow links and hoping to hit the odd PR5.

I'm not sure what you're not agreeing with here, it's obvious the software running 24/7 for a year will build you hundreds of thousands of links, even if 98% are nofollow it will make a difference in ranking, but it's obviously better if the program takes much longer and finds the ones that weigh more.

Agree, please add the Ability to search only for do follow.

He's probably trying to run it on Win 98 :D

Me, I think it's a first class piece of software. I had the 7 day trial and have now bought the full version. It's making me tons of links every hour and my 3 year old Acer laptop can run it without problems.

I have Scrapebox too and wouldn't think of going back to SB to post comments now as this is far easier and quicker to use. SB is still great to find blogs and pump into this baby. Happy days....

I'm using VPS Win 2003 smoothly..lol.. already buying full version as my trial ended. I can't wait for license to come to my inbox!:D

To followup on what crashover said, its the same with the portable. I have the installed version on 1 server running and the portable on another. For the portable the only settings I changed were to not min to sys tray, use proxies and don't ping links. Added a profile and hit go and its been running every sense on threads setup with no comments and no trackbacks posted.
I'm not using any proxies and it's still freezing there right now :(

I'll PM you about this as I am not able to get it to do the same for me.

Hi Jimbobo,

I thought V1.6 will have a feature where each profile can have its own "prevent posting settings" setup. I don't see that option yet. I'm using the portable version. Having that feature to build backlinks to both moneysite with high PR low OBL sites and building on backlinks from tier 1 or below with any kind PR or OBL sites.

Regards,
ytterium

It is coming. V1.6 is a massive re-write of about 60% of the entire application. I will be adding features as I go after getting the few teething troubles out of the way.

Is there a trial yet for the 1.6 version? Been waiting for the new version to test it out.

No V1.6 trial for another week or so. V1.6 is a HUGE improvement on V1.5.3

Do you have to remove all the pages that you don't want crawled or just one and it will then no longer crawl that 'type' of page?

No as I said before it has no way of knowing what types of page you want removed so you either need to use the block list or remove and set as crawled.

Does weird stuff like this, with no slash on the url and page.php is blocked in the profile handler

This is not the case. It will not crawl the pages if you put some text in the block pages list but it will not check before posting the page. That is why you need to remove the erroneus pages first. I have no idea what is happening here, what version of the app are you running? This is reminiscent of a bug that was present in v1.4.4, latest is V1.6

I check with a friend of me that is using it but it does not post to whois sites, what can the reason be?

He is posting pages. Whois websites do not accept pages, they only accept domains so pages cannot be submitted to whois sites.

Agree, please add the Ability to search only for do follow.

The only way to know if a website is nofollow or not is to post to them, so to post to every blog before posting your link to it would be a massively time (and bandwidth) consuming task. It may be something I look into in future but it is not on my priority list.

Are you saying you can't check for links that have already been posted on the blog by others?

Are you saying you can't check for links that have already been posted on the blog by others?

Of course it can be done but when you see EVERY implementation of this is incredibly unreliable due to huge variations in templates used and comment platforms it would just open me up to loads of support questions on why they are posting to nofollow blogs when they have it set to only do-follow. There are always loads of outbound links on a blog page so the question is not can you detect if a link is nofollow but can you find which links are part of a comment and not some other part of the website.

Please stop starting pointless conversations in my sales thread when you already have my answer.

Wow..it seems this is a good tool, let me try to download free trial.
