VPN Or Private Proxie for Ebay & Paypal

Just got kicked off of ebay last week and need to make A New stealth Ebay and Paypal account, what is the best way to change my Ip to get me started?

Everyone will tell you to get VPS for unique IPs hosted in the same city that you want to create the new paypal account, and to use a VPN, they all say it's easy as, but no one can actually tell you HOW to do it, but it's very easy... Anyway that's the way to do it..

I have a VPN and that was easy to install and easy to use, but have been researching best way to get a VPS, but that step for me is confusing, as when I was signing up, they all way a domain for webhosting, though I already have a web-hosting agreement with hostgator..

Do you plan to use this new account for a long time? If so, I'd recommend connecting through the same private IP through a private proxy provider. You can check out the proxies for sale section.
