In IM, you need to test to make money. Some projects will be profitable from day one, others will fail miserably.
The only advice I can give is look for a niche that's popular with active buyers - it doesn't matter if there are loads of competitors - you just want people talking about the products.

Guys if there's 1 person on this forum who is successful and knows what he's talking about, it's Meathead! Do I personally know him? No, I don't. But I have bought his products and used his methods and they are all 100% amazing!
A lot of methods posted are so step-by-step that they can become saturated very easily and then they become useless, but something like this can't be saturated. He literally walks you through exactly what you need to do, but leaves it open enough so when thousands of you IM'ers jump on board to do it, the method doesn't become completely useless.
I've sent tons of people who want to get started in Internet Marketing in the direction of Meathead's threads and posts because HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT.
So right now, read through the first post again, heck print it out and highlight the key points, and then go do it. Don't come back trolling to BHW until you at least have your site setup and ready to go. The #1 problem with IM is taking action, but if you print this out and follow it, you will make money.

i have a great idea (atleast i think so ) i want to add
what about making a review site for let's say mobile phones and do all the stuff you recommended
than stop posting any comments for a few weeks
after that all moderators should have reviewed you comment so they think it's fine
now you could redirect your review site directly to an affiliate or a related cpa! after a few weeks chances are that only visiters will click your link so your comments won't be deleted
than start a new site and comment on it again for a few weeks/month... than stop posting anything and redirect

you say you should make about 100 posts a day so of you had to guess how many posts would you need overall to make $100/day on avg.? are we talking about 1000,10000,50000 posts?

I think it all depends on who's looking, and your skills as a saleperson. You could potentially sell a product with every post! So for a $40 product, that's only three posts that need to be successful a day! If you can persuade someone to check out your review site, then you're already half way there! Just make sure you have a decent review site though.
For passive, I would first create a new Google account, set up alerts, find someone to work for you, and then pay them for every 100 posts. Or something like that.

Sweeeeeet! I love this site Started this method yesterday morning with a brand new Wordpress self hosted review site. Made about 30 posts yesterday and around the same again today. So far I have had 19 hops and 3 sales totaling $111.18
The things I love about this method:
1. It can never get saturated
2. It's hyper targeted
3. It's so quick to see results
4. Not only do you get in there early on the comments to maximise highly targeted clicks... you also have a brilliant clean accumulative backlinking strategy which takes the speculation out - and let's face it, it takes out the pain in the arse that SEO can be so often!
My favourite method I've tried in IM so far. Hats off to Meathead and best of luck to the rest of you!

let's say there a a couple blogs which articles are always ranking very well and they are posting regular aritcles about your stuff would you recomment to keep commenting this blogs? the chance of getting your comments deleted should increase but by not doing it you would lose some value!
also do you think the affiliate program of amazon ist good to use?
the thing is that in my country there is no clickbank... however getting only 4-6% per sale really isn't a lot (in my country the commision is alos capped at 10?=15$)
amazon has obv also it's advatage because it's very trusted and nearly everyone knows it and you will also be able to get a commision if you ain't be able to sell your product if other products are bought within 24 hours...
but it obv seems 100x harder to make good money than w/ selling a $100 clickbank product w/ 70%-80% comission!
