Is Scrapebox good for SERP?

OK guys, just give me your idea about this,when you using Scrapebox, What gives your keywords the most SERP by doing(do not consider about the links amount)
1. having an auto approve url list(keyword+comments on them)
2. Having auto approve trackback list(keyword+comments on them)

I think that only testing you can to know is this site auto approve or not.
Harvest, post and check links one day and you will know is it auto approve or not.

Tanks guys, but t escape from being sandbox what will you do? we know direct blast will sandbox in many cases. but how about having a trackback blast directly to a money site? does it happens the same? what your advice?

I am using it like:
70% comments
30% trackbacks

I do 99% comments, and only 1% trackbacks.

Just to be on the safe side, don't blast your money site. Although others may tell you differently, using a buffer site has always worked better for me.

in my personal experience trackbacks are far better than comments
they get index very fast

I am actually doing some testing now.

I registered 2 low comp EMD domains in the same niche bout 3 weeks ago. So far I have only ran SB on 1 of the 2 sites. Using ONLY commenting I am on page 1 for 4 main keywords and moving up quick. I am blasting my $$$ site. I dont think that is a issue if you have GOOD, Unique content. And when I say "blasting" I mean it. Scrapebox has been running daily on my server with every AA list I have/can find. I have not did any trackbacks at all.

Right now I am going after a KW with 21 million exact match results and medium-high competition. I am hoping to see some results in the next week or so.
