Any free rss posters?

I have been using RSS Poster free version and I really enjoy what it offers. Right now I cant afford the $50 for it. Does anyone know of an alternative free plugin that will search RSS feeds and create posts in hour increments? Eventually once I gain enough money from adsense I'll buy it but for right now I need a free solution for the time being.
