Best CPA network for international traffic?

Hey, i have a lot of german traffic and want to get into CPA now. German cpa networks don't accept incentives. So what's the best CPA network for international traffic/incentives.

No it's Traffic from SEO. I'm very good at generating traffic now, but i suck at monetization. It's something like 7 cent per UV promoting clickbank products. And i hope cpa is the right choice.

Can someone recommend a good ebook for cpa?

One thing I can tell you is that if you try it, try it with viral script (anything) cuz DE is full of logged in facebook users so you can likejack and such from your SEO landing page.

But... depends how lucky you are on conversions cuz DE surfers are kinda cliclicclick but they wont give money and other details.

Good idea with the facebook script. My CTR is almost 80%, so that would work. But i wonder if i could get in serious trouble with that, especially in germany...
