Fuckin stay away from Maxbounty if you are going to do anything remotely shady. They got a sharp ax and a fuckin affiliate manager that leeches forums. I know Advaliant and ROI Rocket are here, I wouldn't be surprised if Maxbounty was here or will be soon enough.

Do all these CPA do manual approval?
They all ask "do you offer incentives" when sign up. Is this a trick question? Is so what's the best answer?
Also I did get on with Share and wondering if theres an easy way to find CPL that DONT need approval. Everything seems to be merchant approval first.
Whats the best way to get approval for those that require it? White hat sites or?
Thoughts and feedback are appreciated.

Hey wolfman, pretty much all of the top CPA networks do manual approval. If you tick the "do you offer incentives" when you sign up, then your website should offer incentives to your users, but if you just have a regular landing page, blog, without any incentives, then leave it un-ticked. In other words, CPA networks asking "do you offer incentives" is not a trick question. If you want to run all of the offers a CPA network has to offer than leave the incentives box un-ticked.
As with Share, I'm not a member of their network yet since I do not have any non-incentive websites. My guess with Share is to have a nice white hat site that you submit when first signing up with them, since I'm guessing all merchants manually approve you. I think after you sign up with Share, you could go ahead and promote your affiliate links through other websites after getting approved from a merchant. I'm not 100% sure though.
