How to use Social Bookmarks properly for indexing?

I didn't get any results with social bookmarking, I tried these most popular bookmarking sites:

digg
stumbleupon
reddit
delicious
clipmarks

And waited for 4 days - nothing, then I used one aged blog of mine, which worked like charm and my properties got indexed, but I can use it for just a few backlinks, which is not enough.

My articles are not in english, although I doubt that this should be the reason for google to not index. NB! all the popular social bookmarking sites give me N O F O L L O W links olny, so does this mean it should be normal that google will not crawl those links?

If not, what is the correct way of doing social bookmarking so google will crawl and index my new properties?

Should these bookmarking accounts be aged in order to work? (mine were brand new)
Should these accounts also have backlinks?
How many bookmarks you make at once with one account? (I made 4 links with 1 bookmark account)
Or is there something else I might be doing wrong?

no

at least some of those bookmarks itself got indexed, but my properties these bookmarks were linking to, still didn't
which tells me that pinging would not have helped here

also i tried pinging those properties (not bookmarks) with pingfarm, which also didn't work.
finally using my established blog got these indexed.

Most of link at Social Bookmarks is nofollow.

Add twitter to your list, it will help you to get your page/site indexed fast.

Hi,
Bookmarking the site on social bookmarking sites really improves the traffic and links. But, the links converted into backlinks only when they are do follow links, otherwise they are useful for traffic only.

A Basic Strategy For Creating Social Bookmarks ...

1. Create Account

2. Bookmark your site ONCE using desired keyword phrase

3. Bookmark a few (approx 3-5) other sites (related to your site theme if possible but NOT a competitor)

4. Bookmark an INNER PAGE ONCE using desired keyword phrase for page

5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 until you have approx 3 - 5 links of your site done

6. Open NEW ACCOUNT with fake info (preferably with a different IP but not entirely necessary)

7. Rinse and repeat steps 2 - 5 up to a maximum of 5 times if using the same same IP, making sure it appears as natural as possible i.e. DO NOT do this all in one day on one site.

8. Move on to next bookmarking site and repeat steps 1 - 7

9. KEEP RECORDS !!!

That's about as basic as it comes and if you do this 10 times a day across various bookmarking sites you will have at least 50 links a week coming through to your site with the added bonus of bookmarking traffic if you make things sound as interesting as possible.
