Hey all I have not really had a chance to formally introduce myself. My name is Bryan aka Blillard on the forums.

I'm not going to say I am a complete newbies when it comes to making money online as I do know the basics. What I can say is am not a guru and I don;t claim to be.

I'm starting this journal as a way to stay motivated with my efforts online. I spent most of my time on other forums.

Currently my business consists of selling services and flipping websites. As I just started doing this my business is still small. What I want to accomplish within the next 60 days is to be earning and average of $4,000 a month from my services business and from website flipping.

As I surf the forums and find new methods I will post results of the ones that I have tried and the ones that worked for me.

As of right now my budget is $117.53 EXACTLY which is what is in my paypal account. I want to welcome you all to follow my journey to making my $4,000 a month goal within the next 60 days form selling services and flipping websites.

I will also be open to any questions about the methods that I am using and willing to talk strategy with anyone who is serious and want to genuinely learn and not talk shit about how I run MY business and if the methods work or not.

These will be the tools I'll be using during my journey. As you can see it is not much. That will bring my monthly bill to like $20 since I paid for hosting upfront in blocks of 3 years.

So this can be considered Day 1.

Today I have updated all my old threads and setup new services to offer as I feel my current services need to be energized. I also finalized my last website sell and pushed the domain to the new owner.

Tomorrow I will do more posting on forums while being on the look out for popular forums and services to offer. Finishing touches on the next site needs to be done so I can get that auction up and rolling before this weekend.

Ok here is a little update. Last night I like I said i updated my sales threads on the other forums that I am apart of. Since doing that I got few questions about my services. From that I got one member to order 3 packages from me. So from that deal I made a total of $36 in profit with me having to pay my outsourcer $30 for the work.

If I did not mention before I do seo services. So that's what happened so far I'll get back to posting more on forums and providing quality post when I get home later, right now I am at the studio and it is mad loud.

I will set a few hours a side to build out new site and get it ready for flipping on flippa. I hope I get a lot this time than last time. I only got $45 from my last flip and it cost me like $28 to build an list plus $5 success fee and paypal fee. So I ended up with like $17 in profits. Its all a learning thing for me so its all good, I rather make $17 on my ass then have to sweat for it you know.

I'll be posting again later on tonight to give another update as the day is not over with yet.

I feel it man HONEST record, there be a lot of bull shitters laying about they funds lol. I'll post paypal stats as well to show that I am actually walking the walk and not talking that shit you know. I got some now But I'll post new ones as they come.

My goal is to show it can be done and its not hard, I'm not balling but I got a good understanding on the industry and have made some money doing it. I want to actually help others out but I won't hold anyone's hand you know.

Ok a quick update. this morning I woke up to a sale which is great. I will have to get this order out asap. I spent some time just posting on the forums and adding some value to the community.

I will be building out my website today and get that ready for flipping soon so I'll have my day planned out for me today.

Ok an update. I just finished getting out one more order. So far I have made around $50 since the day of posting this thread journal.

I have been taking some time off due to a new WSO Im writing. I am now back on track with this project.

I wil add the finishing touches to a website I'm designing and get that ready flippa later on. I am hoping to get at least 250 for this site.

I'll be just posting away for the rest of the day to get my post count up. Dont worry all I post is value not Bull shit.

Seems like you are on the right path bro. Arbitrage in its simplest form. Now all you have to do is scale up. Post your services on different sites/forums and you'll see an increase in revenue.

Sorry about that you guys I have been under the weather the last few days I have been seeing an increase in sales over the last couple of days a few of my repeat buyers are coming back for more business.

I am getting used to keeping my money in my paypal account for any service that I need to pay for or just incase something goes wrong. Im currently looking for anyone that supply quality backlinks for less than 5 bucks so I can expand on my services.

At the moment most of my sales come from two forums and I want to scale out to DP but I fucked around and got banned for offering a services that was not allowed so I have to wait or crack out the VPN.

As for flipping I have a site that I am preparing to flip as it just hit #2 but I want to bring in some revenues for it. I am currently selling ad ad space for $15 a month and I am currently seeing 2000 uniques a month so far.

Yeah I'm looking for more site to scale out on but not all marketplace are the same you know but I guess any exposure is good exposure.

I have ran into some trouble this week which sucks. I was planning on flipping a site that I was holding on to but now the site is down because I forgot to transfer the files to my host which was dumb as hell.

Now I have to rebuild the whole site and try to get my rankings back. On the flip side my client base for my services are growing and things are looking good. Not yet close to the $4,000 a month mark but I making progress. The hardest part is keeping the money so that I can grow my business as I need to.

Just learned that Wickedfire will be charging for sales threads and that was all profit for me = (. I'm not upset that they made the change but they closed my threads now I have to start all over. Oh well that might of just made the market easier. I'll make the adjustments needed to keep things on track.

Wow it has been a while since I updated this but I will upload some stats later on today. Right now Im getting ready for this hiphop award show in my city. I have not forgotten though about my journal just been busy working on my business

Here is my latest update and progress on my outsourcing business. Just to show I am working hard at my goals. Not there as of yet but I am getting there for sure.

I hope this can motivate some of you to keep working hard. Please don't send me a ton of PM's. All I can tell you is I find a services for less and sell it for more to buyers who need it, Like marketers. I'm sure you can use that and out two and two together. Other than that, I'll keep updating.

I know the last sale was like on Valentines day, that is because I have find new services to offer these gig don't stay up long it seems? Once I get them some momentum other buyers catch on to it and thinks its good. I mean I'll take a nobody and turn him into a top rated seller hella fast but not to brag that shit sucks because all my threads have a shelf life of like a few weeks ans then I have to change my services just to stay ahead (tip).

So right now I am looking for a new service to offer but I had backups already so I'll write the copy and launch those while I look for new services to places those once they burn out haha.

I am in the process of making a membership site out this method I just want to make sure my system is full proff first before I do such.

I'm also looking to scale out.
