Add as friend before next step? [VIRAL?]

Well if you take a look at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/dialogs/friends/

It says "If the user clicks "Add Friend", the browser will redirect to

http://www.example.com/response/?action=1
If the user clicks "Cancel", the browser will redirect to

http://www.example.com/response/?action=0 "

this would mean it would be very easy to make a viral step with this!
has there ever been a viral made with this ?
does anyone have any tips on how this could be used ?

you could maybe create 5 different apps and 5 different urls which adds 5 diff friends and just make it change between accounts ?
