I'm looking for a good hosting service with allowing at least 500 emails per hour and also has CRON. My budget is not more than $55 a month. Please let me know if you know such hosting. Thank you guys.

Get a VPS. I am using one to send emails. PM me if you want to know the name.

For sure you're not a competitor in my local area so let me share to you some providers I have in my list:

1. Site5 (dot) com - They have affordable web hosting offers. The good thing is that they have servers in different region, like in Australia for example so the latency from your target visitors are very much acceptable (less than 80ms).

2. vpslatch (dot) net - hey have an affordable vps rate at 30$/m. The suppot is excellent. i'm running some of my development code from their box.

an advice i can give you is that you might want to visit webhostingtalk (dot) com to know more advices from different people about getting a hosting space. also, when getting a provider in the US, make sure they have a BBB rating of A or A+.. it's a small assurance that they're doing good in their business fields.
