Seems pretty cool...

But as stupid as it sounds, "If they achieved time travel in the future, why won't people from the future come and help us out with this one":D

Referring to CERN.

Yeah, so that means that there are infinite amount of parallel universes that found out about time travel.

I mean.. there has to be a 1-to-something ratio...

We just need to get lucky, and have someone to travel here...

GOOOOO EARTH!

By going back in time and altering the universe your would just be creating more branching universes. You would never be going back to your present universe, although you would never know the difference.

That movie Source Code explains it pretty well.

Cheers!

Time travel is not hard at all. I mastered it years ago but if I tell anyone how to do it, the timestream would be combusted and time traveling would stop beeing fun.
I will travel back 20 minutes in time now to 1:24 pm and post to this thread to prove my time travel skills.

Will see you about 20 minutes ago!!

Because they are happy there , if they come in this shit year to change things maybe they will change their present and they don't want to

This is one of the time travel paradox

All tgis says though is that time travel will never happen

not that its impossible

maybe no one ever will do it because theyll always have this exact question but it could be possible

Plus they could arive a different destination in time not ours

Well it is not even certain at the moment if time really even exists.

I think some people think that our present might just be some loop of past .

Also whats the use of sending few neutrons back in time :) Good luck sending some stuff with thousands of billions of atoms and see if they reconstruct same way at what time they might land

you know actually, there is a theory..
if we can travel near or more than the speed of light, the timeline will stall or stop.
this is just a theory now, because no one traveled at the speed of the light till now.

to clarify this theory, for example the light from the sun.
it takes around 8+ minutes to get the light from the sun. that means, the light you seeing is born 8 minutes ago on the sun.

light is not an object.. so..
now if we travel at the speed of the light from the sun, we will come here on earth in the exact time.. it will not take 8 minutes.. the start time and end time will be same or lower..

you see, i highly doubt that some aliens have time travel technologies...
alien theory is flawed.. i believe there is aliens.. because..
there are billions of stars out there.. billion billions of planets... millions of galaxies..
even science says life on earth originated from some asteroid..

Hmmm...So then there will be no time, what if a person revolve around earth orbit at speed of light for one year then what will be his age and the earth age, quite confusing...

Not all infinities are born equal.

Example:
The set of natural numbers is infinite (a). The set of real numbers is infinite (b).

Nevertheless, b is a superset of a. So, b has a higher degree of infinity than a.

yes, but there is one problem when we travel at that speed..
first I will ask you where we travel at the speed of light? no place actually..
There is no SAFE place we can travel in the speed of light.

you know there is debris, rocks, dust etc. in space... when we travel at the speed of light in space, a small bit of sand like stone have the power more than a bomb.. if this thing will hit the space ship, nothing will survive..

one more thing is, when a ship or rocket travels in that speed, it will not comfortable for human beings. we cant sit, read, walk.. nothing...

we have to be in a unconscious state in a capsule and all the ships routines will be done by robots.. because no human beings can survive this speed within the ship...

I dont think humans can travel in the speed of light in the near future.. maybe 1 million years later..

one more thing need to add;
if we travel in the speed of light in a space ship, we have to able to see the things billion miles infront of us. because if there is an obstacle like rock or debris in our path, we have to change our route minutes before.. human can do that? Only brilliant computers and robots can do that.. but there is no technology supporting that now..
