I cannot send you message ... as I am new but the problem you having is because seo tags are on all pages... all the pages in magento are connected to each other from backend .. so crawler, crawls on all pages...

i doubt that is the problem,

in my main job the ecommerce site i develop is built within magento itself.

Once you get the modules set up from magentocommerce you can go into system- configuration and make sure you set which country you are in and can make the changes, but there are numerous plugins to help you get what you need.
