Keyword as Title in SERP

Hello,

So I've SEO'ed one of my websites for two keywords (Ex: Good DJ, Best DJ).

When I search Google for Good DJ, it shows my website's Title as "Good DJ" and not "Dj GumShoerer." Additionally, it doesn't show the description / meta description either. Just the title in the results.

It does the same when I do Best DJ. The title is Best DJ instead.

If that's what it shows then that is what your title and descriptions are. Rewrite them if you want it to say anything different, Google doesn't auto insert that stuff, you gotta do it.

I did. When I do meta tag / descripton analysis, it shows me the title as DJ Gumshoer but under google results it shows the keyword I optimized for.

Your page hasn't been updated yet by Google. The frequency of update varies from site to site. Authority sites update faster than pages with less authority or as others claim pages with low PR. All in all, you just have to wait and until they update the page or "force" google to crawl the page.

Agreed, i think it will show text from your actual content in that field instead, hence why you see different results. just wait for Google to update your site fully, not just crawl it.

Please check your robots.txt files if they are blocking the crawler from crawling your description.

wait for reindex. but i know one case when links with same anchor going to site > title became anchor instead of real for a long time
