I thought maybe on getting sony vegas pro and look for some templates like this. Has any one seen templates where you can just change text and insert pictures and make videos like this on any software?

Videohive and he gave you a very decent price IMO. A good template costs around $25, if you need audio, that's another $10-15, and if you add the editing and rendering, I wouldn't do this for anything less than $70-80, just my 2c. So, you might as well take him up on his offer...
