I have NEVERreceived such bad customer service in all of my experience on BHW!

I have bought close to or more than 30 services on BHW in the past 2 months++ and this is ranked the WORST in terms of how I was treated!

Firstly, they sent me the articles and I found that my competitor name was being force fed into the article. I sent them a message highlighting the problem almost immediately after I got the articles!

The reply I got was that it will be fixed. I said OK and urged them to take more caution and care.

They then said that they used the competitor as a keyword cos its a top keyword used on Top 10 sites. I ended with a reply saying that Burger King should not be promoting Mcdonalds in their article no matter how much the word McDonalds is being used on top 10 sites.

They then sent me a link to an article that reads something like "Burger King Wages War against McD" or something, which is totally irrelevant! They could have done that for my article though.

I was cool and said fine! I will leave this to the experts cos, What do I know??

This should have been the end, BUT I got another message flaming me to death! They were bragging about how well they did on another forum! About how I am being a smartass! How I was overreacting! There was even a racist remark about Indians!

All this, after I agreed with them and wanted to let them do it their way since they were the experts! I was naturally pissed and suggested we stop the service if they still felt that the flaming was justified.

I got a refund shortly after and I am no longer allowed to even message them on Basecamp!

So this means they feel that the flaming was justified! This has to be the worst provider on the planet!

1) The articles looked scraped!

2) Abundance of grammatical/ spelling errors

3) 2 out of 3 articles has the EXACT SAME first sentence (32 words)! I did not check the rest.

4) Many of the sentences does not sound right.

5) My competitor name was forced fed into the articles and made it sound incredibly stupid!

There are plenty of High PR Blog Posting services around and I have done quite a few on BHW alone. I would stay away from this service and their lame ass customer service!

I can offer to show all records of correspondence and articles given to me, if a Mod wants to be a judge of this and see if what i say is indeed true.

I did not have a fit. And yes, thanks for mentioning that you used British spelling for the articles.

I see you can't brag enough on your Wicked Fire sales. As for whether what I said was BS or not, I welcome ANYONE to approach me and I will send them the articles you wrote for me. We'll let someone neutral decide if what I said is true. In all my posts here on BHW as a member, I have not given anyone a bad review such as this. I would not, unless it REALLY SUCKED BALLS!

I will take back my words and issue a formal apology if someone neutral (preferably a MOD) can read your article and say that they are worth $20! I don't know about LSI but the content, grammar and spelling quality is not worth even $2 to me.
