How to get maximum benefit from linklicious?

We have a release going on later today that will release all known issues. =)
I am still having trouble understanding the concept of this website service.
1)Do I ping my own links or backlinks that contain a link to my website?
2)What if I already know google has "spidered" my website?? Is this still worthwhile to use then???
3)How do I get the RSS to work?
4)Where is the RSS links??
I am honestly considering buying this service due to the awesome reviews but still don't understand it
please help me!

Looks like a good service and very safe if used properly.
Could you perhaps answer a couple of questions.
1. On the info it says you can spin the text, where what all i see is add links?
2. If I add 10000 links every day at 40 links a day it will take 250 days, but I would like 40 links a day to each site I have, so if i do a submission and collect 200 links for a site I would like this done in say 5 days, it is not clear on anything I have seen and suggests to me that it becomes a long list and if I add links they just join one huge growing queue
3. Where and how do you split your links.
