Yes its bullshit, but that's just the way the world is...if we got rid of these taxes or reduced them to like 5% or 10% then everything would be so messed up. Oh and avoiding tax is so difficult and time consuming, you might as well just pay it like I do, and the majority of other business owners do.

Its not worth taking the risk of getting caught and fined or sent to prison.

At the end of the day it will always come back on you, dont get me wrong you can write of certain expenses but there not stupid especially if you work from home and dont have an office, theres not much you can right of as a business expense compared to owning a proper business with an office.

Regards to how much tax you have to pay in your country thats a lot! For such a small amount.

I wouldnt trust PayPal with my verified account, but $2k is well to much to be leaving on a none verified account, spend it on something treat your self lol

Edit: People will probably tell you to transfer it to a verified account but paypal can trace any payments, but if you've kept the accounts totally seperate from each other different details, different private proxies, always cleaning your browser and cookies and all that then you should be fine transfering it with out having to worry about them taking it back

Regards to offshore banking in swiss you've been watching to many james bond films lol the swiss bank accounts havent been safe since the 90's... You just need to choose your countrys better and do some research in to them as there are certain countries you can do safe offshore banking at but the fee's are probably ridicolous so i would just pay the tax intill your making millions a year haha

Option One: Dont live in a place long enough to become tax resident.

Option Two: Setup a company in Ireland (or Cyprus/Bulgaria), leave your earnings in the company's name, in a bank account in that country, and pay 10% corporation tax on them after expenses. Then issue yourself interest free loans, and buy everything in the name of the company. There is a lot more to doing this, and most of the info is available online, it all depends on your tax residency/citizenship also.

Option Three: Move to a country that has no tax on foreign derived income. There are quite a few of these, in some nice locations.

Given the universal rule that a work made by government costs 3-10 times (or 100 where I live) the real market cost, we are on high ethical ground to want to pay less tax.

Education? Privatize it - Cheaper and more effective. The government here spends a shitload of money to educational institutes that are ... well ... worthless (with a few awesome exceptions).
Police? Infrastructure? Security? - Privatize it. Minimal state - maximum growth.

Even the army works better privatized. Just take a look how much money the US spends on private armies.

The UK and all former British Law countries... if you live there but you are not a permanent resident (I am not using the right terminology here, sorry, it 's a difficult word and I do not remember it), they do not tax your income from outside their territory.

It 's more complex than that, but it can give you a start.

so If I move to UK for couple of days or weeks. Open a bank account there, and cash in the money... they won't ask me where it comes from, right?
But my government will find out that I have a bank acc on my name in UK & they'll ask me about it... unless I change my ID to UK & stay there.

Setup a company in bulgaria,which gets all the earnings. Take some of the profits and distribute it to yourself in dividends. And take off as much expenses for both yourself and the company in bulgaria. If you do it right youll end up paying no taxes legally. But youll have to find a good tax right off,something that you can write off without spending money to write it off.

An example of this is the vehicle milage write off in the u.s. With a fuel efficent car a person can actually save thousands in taxes by travelling for business purposes. There could be something like this in bulgaria and belgium. But idk.
