Need help to make new Ebay account...

Hi guys, a few month ago I tried to sell fake Beats by dr dre but Ebay suspended my account.
Yesterday, I made a new account. I tried to request a higher selling limit but I got this mail :

Based on your account information and activity, it looks like user ID XXXXX is associated with your account. This usually indicates that both accounts belong to the same person.

Because the other account is restricted or otherwise not meeting minimum seller standards, we've changed the amount you can list on eBay.[/FONT]

My selling limits are 10 item/month.

Anybody know how to bypass it? Like making new ebay account or new paypal etc..

You're just lucky they didnt restrict your new account, you must have used the same address/date of birth/full name..etc on the new account. If (and it is a big if) they dont restrict your new account, as you get good feedback and dsrs they will raise your sellers limits. At least 45 - 90 days to get unlimited again.

I got that before last time, but come along with the limitation as well. How did you bypass by not getting any limitation? Did you submit any documents or info?
