Is SEnuke legal?

I am not against SEnuke and appreciate its idea, just asking this question for my knowledge and clarification. As I know it re-writes the content by changing words to make a unique text; but this is not what Google and other search engines call original content. Although it is difficult for search engines to detect this trick, but as a matter of fact they do not like this trick.

Definitely, Google is working hard to detect such tricks. I just want to know will it be subject to Google penalty?

Illegal? Jail? I thought more like not really preferred. If you make lame posts in forum and article pages that doesn't mean they'll take you to jail. Bigger concern is how well does it work and how much time do you spend on preparation and for what results. At the end also if you do get banned how much time did you loose.

Its not illegal these guys that made the comment are probably using it themselves. The Key with Senuke is don't go overboard with it. I have been using it since the day it came out and all 46 of my sites are on the first page of google with all keywords on each site thanks to Senuke x.

it's not Google who's gonna read your content, it's the users. If users think your content is obviously spun (with punctuation errors, mispelled words, grammatical error) that will reflect through user metrics, and then Google will know if your site should have value. IF a lot of people are staying on your site because of your content then you shouldn't worry about it. Senuke X does a great job of spinning, but don't rely on it alone, after all it's the humans that read the content, and its the humans thats gonna vote for your site, therefore, before posting your spun content, make sure its readable, decent, and worth the users time. That's it. Hope you will learn from this.

Xrummer, scrapebox, Senuke, posteres, blasters etc if used in a malicious way. is considered SPAM.. SPAM is illegal. Just depends on how you do it..

You're right, Search Engines hate it but that doesn't mean that it won't work for now. With SEO nothing is set in stone, in fact Google's algorithm changes almost every month.

So test it and see if it works for you.

I personally don't use it.

It really depends on what your perception of legal is. If you have to ask the question is it legal, then in your world it isn't. If your asking for advice, especially legal advice this is not the best place.

Where people vote? +1 or on the search results. I believe that Google has its own algorithm to analyze text before sending first visitor.

I just meant legal from the viewpoint of Search Engines. Do Search Engines have the right to ban your site because of spinning a repeated text (which is not original) ?
