Use scrapebox and combine with these footprints:

site:twitter dot com + "at hotmail dot com" + "keyword"
(fix the dots, at symbol and spaces part... can't post URLs or emails yet)

Of course this works for other sites as well and you'll want to use as many email providers as you can find so also use gmail, yahoo, aol, etc. Then use the email extractor in SB. Voila.
