Ok so I just got my account suspended. =/

I was selling beats by dre on ebay and they removed my listing..so I decied to go on my other account and sell there and then they removed that listing and suspended me. No one ever complained about the beats but I did have past authenticity problems with shoes but that was months ago. I called them and the guy said sorry you're banned forever can't use ebay anymore I said okay w/e fk you.

SO ... now what?

Do I go stealth? I want to keep selling things like beats and iphone cases and ds games ect...but I do want to move away from VeRo'd items. Should I go to amazon? The profit margins seem bigger there and yes I import things from china so the competitor prices on amazon don't seem that high to me. But idk I've never used amazon to sell before..is it worth it? Seems like it takes a long time for someone to buy something. I also had my friend post a few things for me on his ebay account, I have full access to his account..but its still HIS account. What should I do now? How do I get established selling on the internet..basically where/what should I do now.

8 out of 10 times you'll get a vero hit with beats, Especially if you have complaints of previous items being fake. Honestly you'll just be wasting an account if you decide to sell beats again.

Amazon isnt the best place to sell either they are more strict.
You can always try though...just dont list with prices low enough for the items to seem actually fake.

I think as a new seller you cant sell in the electronics section of amazon.

You know, you can just set up an LLC and you're newly created LLC can easily get a new, and completely on the level, eBay account.

Well I already posted beats on amazon lol but it feels like no ones going to buy em. I tried matching my prices with everyone elses but I didn't feel like it would sell so I lowered my prices a bit. Not to the lowest but..still cheaper than 90% of them. Idk what else to do or where else to sell these. Even cragislist is biitching at me lol ...any advice? D;

You know, you can just set up an LLC and you're newly created LLC can easily get a new, and completely on the level, eBay account.

Go to Google and look up "How to create an LLC" and click enter or hit the search button. I mean this isn't at all difficult...

Seriously, don't expect to be spoon-fed everything it makes you look like a complete ________. Ya know?

It'll cost you anywhere from $30-$120 and each state charges different rates so without knowing which state you live in there's no way I can advise you how to set up an LLC.

However, if you pay me I will be glad to walk you through the process and if you pay me enough I'll even do it for you.

Fake Beats is a dirty business to be in anyway...it wont be easy to get rid of them even on CL. Everyone knows about fake beats.

Go stealth and always have more than a few active accounts, at least 10 of them. Buy some 1 year old accounts or make your own and just sell from those. You dont need anything but accounts, lots of them and find someone who will photoshop you docs because pp and ebay will ask for them sooner or later.

And okay so even if I do make new accounts and shiit, I will still have to deal with that 21 day hold policy. And its not like I can list beats as my first item? I'm prolly gonna have to sell random crap for a few months and then maybe i can sneak in a few beats.

I had an established account, and managed to sell 20 out of like 100 (so now i have a bunch of plastic laying around). SO I basically got my money back that i spent on these items plus a great account banned...., Dont waste your time with it or your account.
