UPDATE: I reviewed the keywords (keyword phrases) and their longtails data and must say most are spanking home runs. Where and how he comes up with them is a mystery; I?d never have thought of them nor stumbled upon them ever.
The couple of keywords I had questions about, cyberzilla most graciously sent me more helpful data and he explained their Adsense / monetization potential.

Frankly, the keyword phrases that did not meet my requirements for auto-pilot, low maintenance, hands-off Adsense sites, despite the data suggesting otherwise, cyberzilla offered to either replace them or take them back and credit me their cost without argument, insult and delay. How refreshingly nice is that anywhere on the net!

To sum up, dealing with cyberzilla has been better than great. His keywords are more than advertized here. Clearly, he knows keyword research very well. Cyberzilla delivered keywords with good upside income potential, communicated fast and timely, always acted professionally, and most appreciatively, he has his customers best interests for whatever type of niche keyword site they have in mind? above all else.

Received my keywords in time and although I'd never come up with them myself they seem good. Asked to look for keywords with a free domain name and got them without any trouble. The keyword report is extensive and is legit (did a little check) so i highly recommend this service and will be back for more. Got some building to do now
