Any one here use Autoblog Samurai ?

i think it is individual problem
But i want to sure it individual or public ??
autoblog samurai can't translate any thing
i use it to translate articles books but now it can't translate anything this
msg appear " AppId is over the quota "
and i searched in Google i found " AppId is over the quota " in a lot of sites
Soooooooooooooo this problem with me only ??
