Hey everyone!
I'm making this journal cause i feel that "it is the time", to get my feet wet and get some good passive moolah without hard work.

This thread is to keep me motivated and talk about stuff i could do and shouldnt do! All advices are welcome!

Way back i started another journal when i was SEO-noob still... i managed to get it further into authority type of site but cause of my chosen niche was dry as cork, it did not provide me with enough money... maybe miserable 1-2?/month for 100UV's (there is bigger spikes but my site is seasonable, best traffic at summer).

So i did slow transfer into world of SEO services, selling them via fiverr and on forums... it got me money but it meant that i would have to talk with clients which are not that familiar with SEO (they get really jumpy cause i cant explain SEO perfectly for them... they act like it is from the oblivion itself and i'm next anti-crist lmao).

So it never felt good with me... i would have been able to make alot of money but i'm not that social to go argue with clients why their site does not work (wont convert eventough i'm driving k's of traffic for them).

SEO softwares have piled by time to my desktop... AMR, SB, venomseo + PRO, market samurai, TA, TAAC, MAR.. all bought ofcourse with money i have earned doing IM. Last purchase was market samurai


Ok so to my thing that i'm going to do... I'm going to set up site, i cant see any other way after doing keyword research and seeing results i made with untapped market.

Here is my research (blurred keywords ofcourse):

Dont mind dancing jesus, hes just happy for me cause i found something awesome.

For me those figures looks good enough to put up passive site which i wont update and just make AMR + PRO + bookmark blast on it once and thats it, checking now and then if my ranking is still good.

Here is competition for first keyword:

All keywords are in same niche and meaning almost the same thing... so i could almost rank all 3 keywords in 1 huge article


So in short... huge market with untapped niche (keywording), low competition so setting site up would mean that i'm gonna have good lazy time with keeping them ranked up.

For starters i would love to get everyones opinion that have i found something worth doing or is this waste of time? I'm not that sure about all figures but for my eyes i have found small gold mine with passive income possibilities.

I'm thinking of buying domains but i need to get good domain with some of these keywords in them... as well stuffed as possible without making domain look like piece of crap spam site.


It would be fun to go this process through with whole forum, posting updates about moneys and rankings... steps so other novice-advanced site builders could get inspired from this and try out themselfs.

Can someone point me to cheapest working host provider there is with cheap domain registrar I have already used justhost "exploit to the max" method once... can this be used multiple times?? assigning different emails for same paypal address.

And please i would love to hear opinions about my competition and volume of searches

Today 17.9.2011 I have bought domain with 2 keywords in it, it contains 1st and 2nd keywords in it.

Got FTP details and stuff like that and domain is now propagated so i'm live hurray

Chose good base for my site with xsite pro, now i have to make content for my site.


Gonna write 1 article hopefully tomorrow, make spun version of it do AMR blast with it pointing back to original on my site. Links can stay there and get indexed when they feel like it.


I chose HawkHost for my host and damn... site opens instantly! they have monthly bandwith limit of 30gb for cheapest package, which is good enough for niche site, monetizing with affiliate program.


I took cheapest shared hosting package with quarterly billing + domain with free ID protection + inserted promo code (i think it was "5576" so i will get recurring 25% discount), so i paid 14€/18$ for domain + 3 months worth of hosting... hella cheap, 3$/month

I just need to build up my sites design and write first article.

What could be the reason if neverblue site offers like 5€ for lead.... and when i go to site whoms CPA offer it is... they would pay only 0.5€ per lead??? what is the reason neverblue can get 5€ for offer and when i cut middle man then it will be 0.5€? sounds freaky...

I would love to get passive 300€ monthly from this project so i can relax more and concentrate more into my hobbies and studying.


EDIT: what kind of profits you guys can see in this? what should i expect if my site is first with all keywords?

Question: The searches are daily, not monthly like it says in your screenshot, right? In my MS the searches in that column are daily.

So you would get a lot more than 2.4k monthly searches.

my settings as seen on screenshot:
Type: exact
period: monthly

But if i'm reading MS wrongly then good, over 2.4k for first keyword would be nice!

oops... sorry my bad.. you were right.... i never changed that setting, i just tested it... yes it shows whatever timespan you select i the dropdown. maybe i'll leave it at monthly... more common terminology,

Just made first page and added advertisement on it + updated into my hosting... should make SEO report from my page and see how well i have done so far... if my first page is optimized and good to then i should start linking my first page already.

I want to honestly congratulate you because of one thing: You are now thinking about PASSIVE income. So you are set up the right way!

Building various streams of passive income is for sure the best thing you can do. Maybe with your keywords you will not make that much as you expect... at least I see it that way from my experience. But even if you make just lie $100 a month passive income, it's great. Passive is passive. So good luck m8

yeah i bet its nothing, but 4720 exacts with almost competition free niche + 4? for a lead sounds enough good for me

+ My site would be found with 10 other keywords related to these 3 keywords so i'm looking at possible 6k traffic in a 3 months.

The competition does look pretty light for the others.

there are still words out there like this. often financial or insurance or they mention a specific name like:

"Union Bank ATM Withdrawl" or something

So just make sure that, whatever your word is, you can fulfill the actual commercial intent of the searcher.

Yeah i should learn alot from this project, after this is set up and forgot, i will set up site with bigger volumes of traffic This first site should work as my sponsoring site (hosting costs, SEO services if i'm bored or too busy, ready made CTR websites and so on).


I pasted it in there, i always tend to uniquefy my photos so if someone is using my photos i would recognice them.

pagerank from some of the sites are blank cause i dont have a clue MS sometimes is sluggish (or it might be my proxies getting timed out just before it completes competition research 100%).


Yeah this niche is something like that, but way more generic cause my keywords does not mention any brands at all, handles something which i tought would be extremely common keyword but no, no single one is doing competition for this.

I would be more done with this if xsitepro would not be a bitch about links i write once link wrong and then it will be registered in some file wrongly?? had special character accidentially in my url on one page... saved... noticed it and fixed it again and saved... when publishing it will look good, but when i click 1 link, the problem comes back.. cant explain it but hell i know how to do everything from scratch again with the site but not all bad, mostly copy/paste from broken site to new site.

Any suggestions for linking strategy on low competition? should i do low article submission to highest PR sites and make links for them with SB? or should i try to get trust of google first with only articles?
I think i'm going with AMR first to get some high PR articles, then maybe bookmark my site cause bookmarking feels like one of those link building methods that does not look spammy at all in eyes of google.


EDIT: would fix that link error manually but everything looks fine in all files -.O

Finally found a way to fix my links.... i did it accidentially but i'm happy its now working properly and FAST! + First page looks quite good and seems to have high CTR feeling to it. When you come to my site, it feels like your getting into a funnel, good information which will take attention to article... and it will ask you to check out huge fresh looking banner under it for more information.

And looks like one of my pages are indexed eventough i have not done any SEO yet for my site, weird.

Question for those who sells SEO, how does it feel like when you see that your giving better SERPS for your client? Is it just gig for you or do you get self sadisfaction like i do? lmao


I'm having another idea which i should do... maybe i should put up an "idea moodboard" to my wall where i can stick ideas written on sticky notes so i can check them out when i'm bored and done with current projects.

New update! 25.9.2011 (damn my journal is like ghost town lmao)

I did web2.0 submission yesterday and just wrote second article for the site.
Will write 3rd article maybe in few days if i'm feeling like it and start doing backlinks for my web2.0 properties with SB.
