how much my domain worth earning 60 per month

I got one .info domain on july and put it on adsense parking the last month earning was around $60 and this month earning is $18 till now

the domain is only 3 months old and this is an exact keyword match domain. i am thinking to sell it but i am not able to calculate how to fix up the price for the domain..

Can any one here suggest me on how much a price i should sell the domain.

you sell site for 310
tell cust they break even in six months.

Because you're a "buy and sell", of course you're not going to buy x10. I personally sold traffic domain names for a minimum of x 6 months revenue up to x 12.

seems you are right i was asking this question just because i saw some info domains sold around 2K with $100 income per month.

if the income proof of 3 months matters so much then i think to wait for 2 months more to gether 4 months income proof and then list in some where for sale with 10x revenue.

You can calmly keep it parked where it is, in half a year you bank 360, and you still own a domain. Just stupid man can advice you to sell it for 300 or less, that is totally ridiculous

Yes, I'm a buy and sell, but still staying in the 3 months of revenue. The last one I bought and sold was a site I bought on ebay for $56. I made it to generate up to $1250/month, then when it went down to $250/month, I sold it $750. That gives you an idea...

i'd put up wordpress or something, make it into a real site, make more money, then sell it. you'll get a lot more money that way.
