Such wealth I have seen in this country, such high Moral values, people of such caliber, that I do not think we would ever conquer this country, unless we break the very backbone of this Nation,which is her spritual and cultural heritage, and, therefore, I propose that we replace her old and ancient education system, her culture, for if the Indians think that all that is foreign and English is good and greater than their own, they will lose their selfesteem, their native culture and they will become what we want them, a truly dominated Nation."
So its just an awful mixture of Indian n western culture,resulted in nothing.Respect is an integrated part of Indian culture and actually in local languages they sound sweet.People calling their clients "Dear" are noobs trying not to loose business from the west.But they don't know what works on internet and what doesn't. I'm from India,never used dear or even sir to a western guy.But once I come to know that the client is aged,I don't hesitate to start a convo with "Hello Sir".I NEVER over do it.
They just try to mix up Indian culture with English Language without knowing the fact that they CAN'T. Many of you guys won't be aware of the fact that we,in the Indian Subcontinent,use different "You" for elder n younger.I hardly find any point of respect in English language,anything which can differentiate the convo,anything which can tell you that whether I'm addressing to someone elder/superior or someone younger.In India,you can easily guess it by the words used and the way of talking.I'm not saying English language is bad just because of this,coz they have their own culture,we have our own.We can't impose our culture on their language and they can't impose the same on Indian language.East and west have two really different cultures.So this should clear up the story I think.And yes many of you guys know I'm from India,I'm not a freelancer,I don't call anyone sir/dear,I'm not a scammer,m not desperate to make money.So the point is,you can't generalize anything just because you have selected some shitty noobs to do your work.You just try to find the cheapest available worker,ignoring the quality.And end up having a frustrating deal.Spend some money of your a$$ and you'll get the best work from India.English is not our first language and we are happy with other 1k languages we have,at least we have a second language,I'm not sure how many "Developed" countries are having any second language.Our political n educational system sucks in this case,that is why people are getting crazy for western culture,ignoring what IBM said years ago that "Sanskrit" (oldest language of India n probably the world) is the best language for computer programming.Not sure how much time you guys would have taken to learn a 2nd language.
There are just two kind of people on internet,SUCKERS and IM'ers,its your choice whom you want to deal with.No third type is there,no Indian,no American,no African nothing.If you are dealing with SUCKERS just to save your $$s,you have no right to talk shit about them,it was your choice.You fell in a bait.
