Need help selling two websites

i did yesterday, but he hasnt gotten back to me, when i looked at his jv thread, it said must be earning at least 1k, which im not....i mean like i really dont know anything about anything, thats why i say maybe i wasnt able to do anything with them, but maybe someone who has a clue can...

You aren't going to get any money for a site that isn't monetized, it makes no sense. It's the equivalent of trying to sell a business with no clients or revenue. While a pretty website may be a dope asset to have, you have to monetize it.

All that being said, though, monetization is pretty easy and you don't really need to know anything about anything. Try joining CJ or something.

Alternatively, if you aren't looking for much, you may be able to sell them here. If the traffic is there, but no rev and you are just looking for some quick cash, PM me with more details (URLs, niche verticals, etc.) and I may grab them off you if it makes sense to add them to my network of sites.

Otherwise, you may barely break even after the Flippa listing fees.

Also, maybe think about bumping the visitor totals with Ad fly or something like that

Not really true. I'll buy a site that is done and just needs promoting if it has promise and setup correct. Lots of people put a lot of time and money into a site and then have no idea what to do. I wouldn't pay an outrageous amount but a decent design and maybe a bit extra for time. Save the time of getting one designed. If it's already banking you have to pay on future earnings. Temporarily boosting traffic to sell a website isn't Blackhat, it's just shady.

I buy websites and the people that do shit are stealing money from individuals. BH is supposed to be siphoning extra profits from large companies making lots of money, not individuals who trying to hustle and do the same thing you are.
