i think this is the end of this service. he doesn't reply to pms, stopped taking projects and 20+ projects are stalled. sad end, but typical of unprepared seo providers.

sometimes providers pause services because the service is so good, everyone orders at once, and no one can foresee that (ever heard of floods and heavy traffic?)

and ur 22 posts make u quite the expert in assessing a service since you've obviously used many with ur strong itrader.

next time u decide to flame someone and their service because of envy or jealously or whatever pathetic reason u had to do it, do it in dp or wf, from where u came from buddy.

I don't see how this service has died. He replied to my PM within 48 hours. There is work being done on my website. I don't see what the problem is. Initially I didn't get a reply within the first 24 hours. I had patience and got a response the next day

Work is absolutely being done. Here are my current rankings:

Keyword A - #15 (+1)
Keyword B - #15 (+8)

Keyword B has been jumping all over the place. It went from #23 - #19 - #20 - #23 - #20 - #15 (today). So I don't know if it'll hold its ranking. Keyword A has gone up one spot and is stable. Each of these keywords have also seen positive movement in other search engines also.

We allow only english characters, like languages like german & spanish would be good as they have got an english base
