Issues with brand name domnain for micro niche?

Do people have any issues with either adwords/amazon or companies for using manufacturers names or product names in there domain i.e. samsung LCD tv.com or similar ?

I think it will not be a issue. Because i see many domain with ipadblognews, iphonenews etc. So that will not be a problem

if i use the domain that is realated to any manufacture..then they will file a case copyright against me?

I don't think they will sue you however you may have to take it down,

My main question is will google/amazon etc still accept it for traffic with no problems.

Google, amazon etc will do nothing unless the manufacturer/brand owner request to them to take down your site from their listing. Therefore be nice to the brand owner, promote their products in good way and you'll have no problem.

You will find many old domain/site specific to a product in google serp and have adsense or amazon. Of course you have to bear the risk of losing everything if somehow the brand owner decide to take down your site for whatever reason.
