Scrapebox can use a ton of bandwidth, needs to stay on for hours at times and opens a lot of simultaneous connections...

All things that work best on a server in a professional datacenter with a stable and fast internet connection, ideally unmetered...

I tried that stuff at home and it sucks all my bandwidth, its not very fast either . I'd only recommend running scrapebox at home if you have 100Mbit cable and unmetered... means your isp won't make trouble if you burn thru a couple of TB in one month.

Well you get what you pay for, a $5 VPS is not going to give you the same as a $50 VPS. Think about it, the folks running them have to make money too, and its not possible for them to give you a quality machine, with a quality connection for $5. They are likely way overselling it hoping for the best.

Almost everyone ignored the fact that you need an unmetered bandwidth VPS with Scrapebox (this is a requirement w/ seo tools).

These are the few from the posts above that meet the requirements for running scrapebox or other tools. I recommend a minimum of 1gb of ram, but 2 is better.
