1. Go to offervault (google it, I can't post links). It's a website which lists thousands of CPA offers.

2. Find an offer which is a "Email/Zip submit" - these are basically offers which will pay you when someone fills in their email address or zip code... for example, to enter a competition for a free ipad2

3. Sign up to the network which has listed that offer

4. Promote offer
